Acne Symptoms - What are sign and symptoms of acne
Acne symptoms tend to disappear for the majority of people when they reach their 30's, however people can still suffer from acne well into their 40's & 50's. The first signs of acne are redness, firmness, swelling, tenderness, and heat. On about the second or third day of inflammation, pustules are formed resulting from increased white blood cells attempting to digest the bacteria. More irritation extends sideways beneath the surface of the skin.
Other Symptoms of Acne are -
- Dark spots with open pores
- Red spots, swelling or lumps filled with pus around the affected area
- Inflamed fluid-filled lumps under the skin which is known as cysts
- Pain and itching around the affected area
- Scarring is also one of the symptom of acne
- Social problems
- Psychological Trauma
- Diabetes
